I bought a full-sized, 10 inch hybrid mattress in a box from Crayan through Amazon in December 2023. I spent $169 on this, just for it to be recalled this year for being too flammable to meet safety requirements, and though I followed the instructions my efforts to contact the company for a refund have gone unanswered- except for one response back in July that looks to be automated, assuring me "We attach great importance to your refund request and have launched an internal investigation." This email explained that I needed to provide the order number and a screenshot of the receipt, which I have sent 3 separate times. The email ended "Please feel free to reply to this email and one of our specialists will be happy to assist you." but I have replied to it 3 times and I never received a response. Now when I view the order details in the Amazon app, it says "product support window closed on December 14th, 2025." The mattress I bought may be identical to this one here, it was also full size and titled "10 inch hybrid mattress in a box with individual pocket springs for motion isolation and silent sleep, CertiPUR-US" Protect your money, time, and peaceful sleep by avoiding anything from Crayan!
